The Shenyang SHSCNC HTC4035 Universal CNC Lathe is a compact, high-speed precision turning center designed for efficient machining of small shaft-type and disc-type workpieces. Built on a heavy-duty cast iron bed with 45° inclined box guideways, it delivers excellent rigidity, vibration damping, and chip evacuation. The spindle is driven by a 7.5/5.5 kW (continuous/15 min) motor, providing a speed range of 40-5000 rpm for high-speed finishing and light roughing. The spindle features an A2-5 nose with φ56mm bore and φ46mm bar capacity.
The HTC4035 is equipped with a rigid gang tool post (instead of a turret), allowing multiple tools to be mounted on the slide for fast indexing and reduced tool change time. The X/Z axis strokes are 24mm each (typical for small gang-tool lathes), with rapid traverse rates of 24 m/min, significantly reducing cycle times. The machine does not include a tailstock, making it ideal for short, precision components. Precision ground ball screws and linear guides guarantee positioning accuracy of IT6 grade.
