The Shenyang SHSCNC CAK63 series Universal CNC Lathe is a heavy-duty, high-rigidity horizontal lathe designed for precision turning of large shafts, flanges, and heavy engineering components. Built on a robust cast iron bed with a 400mm guideway width, it delivers excellent vibration damping and cutting stability. The spindle is driven by a 7.5/11 kW (continuous/30 min) main servo motor, with a three-speed gearbox providing speed ranges of 45-260, 140-800, and 280-1600 rpm to handle various materials and cutting conditions. The spindle features an A2-8 nose with 82mm bore and metric 1:20 taper.

The CAK63 series is equipped with a four-position electric tool post for quick indexing and rigid clamping of turning tools. X-axis stroke is 295mm, and Z-axis stroke is available in 1000mm, 1500mm, or 2000mm (corresponding to maximum distances between centers). Rapid traverse rates are 6/12 m/min. A programmable tailstock with MT5 taper and 75mm diameter sleeve (150mm stroke) ensures stable support for longer workpieces. Precision ground ball screws and hardened guideways guarantee high accuracy and repeatability.
